Gillian Fletcher RN, is the founder, Project Coordinator, and president of Fletcher & Associates Inc. specializing as a behavioural consultant. She is the founder and past President of the Ontario Association of Nurses in Independent Practice. Gillian co-developed a home study program entitled 'Assertive Communication' for the Ontario Hospital Association and is a Past President of the Canadian Associations of Nurses in Independent Practice. Her counselling, therapeutic, and teaching skills have enabled her to successfully develop and deliver a variety of courses, workshops, and seminars at university's and colleges throughout Ontario.

Rachael Finnerty RP MTA MMT MA

Program Consultant: Rachael has been involved with CONNECTIONS since 2008 in various capacities such as agency liaison, workshop provider and program manager. She has been working in healthcare as a music therapist since 2001, with experience at Sunnybrook Hospital, Long Term Care Residences, Day Programs and Mental Health residences as well as a private studio providing music therapy to individuals with diagnosis such as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, physical disabilities and acquired brain injury.

Andrea Proulx, RECE

Program Manager & Agency Liaison: Andrea oversees the overall success of the program, participant placements and works alongside placement supervisors.  Andrea graduated from the Early Childhood Education program with honours from Mohawk College, has received training by programs such as the Autism and Behavioural Science Program at Mohawk College, Hamilton Children’s Aid Society, Chedoke Hospital Behavioural Programs and interactive workshops as well as McMaster’s Neo Natal and Child Development Units.

Kelly Knuckle, RECE

Agency Liaison: Kelly oversees participant placements and works alongside placement supervisors. Kelly has extensive experience  working with individuals with Autism as a Senior Therapist, implementing Intensive Behavioural Intervention programs and utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic methods of Applied Behavioural Analysis. Kelly is an honours graduate from the Early Childhood Education program at Mohawk College, and has experience working in a variety of ECE settings.

Barbara Carson, 

Office Manager, Barbara has a background in complementary health and office administration.  As as well as a history of working with federally funded programs such as the Connections Skills Link program.
